your request correctly, making best use of available material. We will search our
collection and send you an e-mail containing a list of available information and
the applicable fees. You may then decide which items to order. Research request
may take 4-6 weeks depending on the nature of the request and work load. Most
request can be fulfilled in less time. Copies are sent by U.S. Postal Service.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and our library, archival information
and research services must be self-supporting. The following schedule reflects our
fees in time and materials to fulfill your request. Please note that the processing
fee must accompany this request form and be in U.S. dollars. We accept major
credit cards, PayPal and checks made payable to the Pontiac-Oakland Museum.
Processing Fee - $10.00 (This payment must accompany your request. You can do this by first purchasing the Request Research Processing Fee from the store and including the order number on the form below.)
Research - $30.00/hour* (chargeable in units of 10 minutes @ $5.00)
*Paid museum or POCI members may be eligible for free
research time.
Copies - B&W $0.30/page
Color $0.50/page
Scans - $1.00/page
